National accountancy and business advisory firm MHA, the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International, has made three senior promotions within its audit team at their Thames Valley office as part of its plans for continued growth in this service within the region.
Carina Ralfs has been promoted to the role of audit partner, with Ben Coleman and Gareth Matthias both promoted to audit directors.
Carina who has been with the firm since 2013, provides audit and assurance services to the not for profit and education sectors, including academies and further education institutions.
Gareth also joined MHA in 2013 on their ACA graduate scheme and after leaving in 2019, he returned in 2023 as a senior manager and has now been promoted to audit director. In his role he provides audit and advisory to the technology and financial services sector.
Joining in 2017 from one of the Big Four accountancy firms, Ben joined the firm’s audit team specialising in the life sciences and technology sectors.
