It's highly commendable that MHA has cultivated a culture centred on growth and opportunity for all its employees. From my participation in MHA's social and engagement committees, I've witnessed firsthand the unwavering commitment of both management and the team to each staff member's personal development. In terms of my own professional growth, I've been fortunate to lead small audits, present to over 150 students at our latest induction and provide mentorship to new staff members early in my career, opportunities that I wouldn't have had without the dedicated support of MHA's team.
