National accountancy and business advisory firm MHA, the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International, continues to build on its recent ambitious growth plans within the Kent and Gatwick regions following the appointment of VAT director, Bruno Gomes.
With 20 years VAT experience for both national and international firms across the UK, Portugal and the Netherlands, Bruno will advise large multi-national clients in all UK and global VAT and indirect tax matters.
A dynamic, highly experienced tax professional, Bruno has always looked at the changing world of VAT and tax with a close eye on the key role that technology now plays.
On the evolving landscape of tax and what he hopes to bring to MHA, Bruno said:

Bruno will join VAT partner Sue Rathmell in further developing the service offerings of MHA’s Kent and Gatwick VAT tax team which now stands at 11 VAT specialists.
