Private schools and VAT – time to submit your VAT return

By now, you may be preparing to submit your first VAT return to HMRC following the imposition of VAT on tuition and boarding from 1 January 2025. This webinar will focus on the practical steps to take to mitigate the VAT payable to HMRC and maximise the VAT eligible for recovery. Our engagement with clients has provided us with a wealth of experience, which will form the basis of our presentation. We will bring the legislation and HMRC guidance to life in a series of worked examples, specifically designed to deal with the most common issues across the sector.
