North Lancashire and Cumbria cover a large area but currently offer few networking opportunities. We're aiming to change that by providing a platform for senior finance people who can learn from each other, network with peers, and gain added value insights during our quarterly sessions.

Hybrid working has reshaped traditional expectations about how and where people work, a change accelerated by the disruption caused by COVID-19. This shift has made hybrid work a permanent aspect for many organisations.

Combining remote collaboration with on-site work, the hybrid model raises the question: What is the best approach to ensure optimal performance and job satisfaction?

Join us for an inspiring and practical exploration of the hybrid work environment and how AI is already influencing the employment lifecycle, from recruiting to learning and development.

We are delighted to host Emma Plachciak from Puzzle HRCharlotte Dean from P3 People Management Ltd, and Dr. Adrian Wright, Director of the Institute for Research into Work, Organisations, and Employment at UCLAN, who will share their insights on the future landscape.

About the FD Network

Our mission is to help finance professionals continue their personal development by drawing on the expertise of technical finance specialists, keynote speakers and through peer-to-peer learning and networking.

CFOs, Finance Directors and Senior Financial Controllers of businesses based across the North Lancashire and Cumbria region.

Running order

Arrive at 8.00am for breakfast buns, tea/coffee and networking. At 8.30am we will hear the presentations followed by a Q&A session. The event will close at 10.00am.
