Our apprentices are not just getting their foot in the door - they’re taking on exciting, meaningful work from day one. We’re looking for individuals with real potential, those who are ready to kick-start their careers now and gain the skills that will set them up for success in the future.
Accountancy and Tax Apprenticeships
The university experience isn’t for everyone – although many of our apprentices do go on to earn a degree-level qualification. By choosing an apprenticeship with MHA, you’re choosing a path that lets you earn while you learn, gain valuable qualifications, and avoid the burden of student debt.
Every apprentice we hire is someone with the determination to qualify in accountancy or tax within five years or less. Through 2-4 years of on-the-job training, real-world experience, and mentoring from senior professionals, you’ll work toward an internationally recognised qualification.
It’s the best head start you can get – many of our senior leaders and partners began their careers as apprentices with MHA.
The early start in my career has given me more years of experience than most people at my age and qualification level, which has been a massive benefit as I’ve taken on more managerial responsibilities much sooner in my career.
