Will joined the London private client tax team at MHA in 2017. He advises high net worth individuals and wealthy families on their UK tax affairs, with a particular focus on the UK side of cross-border tax issues and taxpayers with a non-UK domicile.
Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the Paris office of a leading independent accountancy firm, and later qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor with MHA.
He represents taxpayers with offshore assets or income in HMRC compliance checks and voluntary disclosures under the Worldwide Disclosure Facility, priding himself on a meticulous yet pragmatic approach.
He advises on a broad range of tax matters including wealthy individuals contemplating a move to the UK and offshore trustees concerned about remaining up-to-date and compliant with ever-evolving UK legislation.
Will looks after some of the firm’s highest value and most technically complex personal tax clients. He particularly values his relationships with clients’ other advisors, including lawyers, trustees, and investment managers in various jurisdictions. He strongly believes that different advisors working together collaboratively is the key to delivering a coherent client experience and exceptional client service.
