Steven joined MHA in February 2022 as a Partner within Restructuring & Recovery. His previous experience included dealing with high profile personal insolvency matters, fraud, Proceeds of Crime Act and Drug Trafficking Act Receiverships. Sectors of experience include Financial Services, Local authorities, Utilities and the Charity sector.
More recently Steve as liquidator of a group of companies has obtained freezing injunctions against directors and 3rd parties to prevent the further dissipation of assets whilst seeking to recover £6m of VAT fraud.
Steve has acted for a number of financial institutions and local authorities to provide recovery advice and continues to act as Trustee in Bankruptcy on a number of contentious bankruptcy cases, including the management of property portfolios.
