Nicola started her career in accountancy in 1987, having gained a BSC Economics (in Accountancy) honours degree from Cardiff University. Nicola became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1991 becoming a Fellow of the Institute in 2015.
Before joining the team at MHA in 2004, Nicola gained experience with two local firms of Chartered Accountants, dealing with small and medium size businesses, from sole traders to companies, operating in varying business sectors. Since joining MHA, Nicola has built up considerable specialist knowledge of accountancy within the healthcare sector, dealing with both accountancy and taxation requirements for a portfolio of clients. Her work also includes dealing with NHS superannuation, cash flow projections, extraction of funds from partnerships and providing Sage and Xero software assistance. Nicola also deals with a portfolio of limited company clients.
Nicola is married with two adult children. She is a keen caravanner, taking trips away with the family as often as possible.
