This experience has been gained in both the public and private sectors.
Nick spent 6 years working for HMRC as a Customs Compliance Officer and a Trainer before transitioning into a Customs Manager role for a large shoe retailer.
Nick uses his previous experience to advise on Customs authorisations such as AEO, Customs Warehousing and UKIMS, and assisting on Classification, Valuation and Origin. All of which can help companies in a wide variety of sectors to improve their tax compliance.
He is also able to support on enquiries received from HMRC.
Nick also has experience in extended producer responsibility requirements for packaging.
