Nicholas joined MHA in September 2015 and provides UK tax compliance and advisory support to a range of clients, from large owner managed businesses to large corporate/multinationals.
Nicholas has been involved in and has advised on a range of complex tax issues including demergers, anti-hybrid rules, corporate interest restriction, maximising tax relief through capital allowance claims and advice on tax residence and permanent establishments.
