With over 13 years of experience in transaction consultancy, Maria possesses significant expertise in global markets. Nine of those years were spent working with both KPMG and PwC, both in the UK and internationally.
Specialising in guiding mid-market businesses, corporate clients, and financial institutions, Maria excels in evaluating acquisitions and divestments. Her primary focus lies in delivering financial due diligence services for M&A transactions.
Maria brings extensive deal experience spanning various industry sectors, deal sizes, and global landscapes. She holds a particular interest in business services, technology, healthcare, pharma & life sciences, automotive, and transport & logistics sectors.
