Lorena studied for a management degree at Northampton University and graduated in July 2014. After graduation she began working in an advertising/marketing business as a bookkeeper whilst studying for the AAT qualification. In August 2015, she joined the MHA team and completed her AAT qualification.
Whilst working at MHA she also completed her ACCA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant and progressed to the role of manager in the Accounts and Advisory team. She works with a large variety of clients in different industries. Her work includes preparing accounts for incorporated and unincorporated businesses, tax returns for businesses and individuals, VAT returns, cashflows and other ad-hoc advisory work.
Living in the Lake District has given Lorena a great love of the outdoors and she can usually be found out walking the fells with her Labrador, Berry, or out on the lake paddleboarding or swimming.
She is also an avid music fan, particularly of Country music, and tries to get to as many concerts and festivals as possible.
