Liam became a Partner at MHA in 2022, having begun his career in Restructuring in 2005.
Liam has a wide experience in insolvency and has acted across all types of restructuring matters, providing advice to business owners and managers, as well as other financial stakeholders, across the entire company cycle and in various industry sectors.
Liam is perhaps most well-known for his work in recovering assets in matters relating to complex fraud, which often involve cross-border jurisdictions and addressing attempts to put assets beyond the reach of creditors. Liam has acted as office holder in several reported matters, utilising enforcement and other protective actions, in recovering assets for creditors.
