Jon joined MHA in 2014, initially joining the Kent team with a personal tax focus, advising individuals and owner managers. From 2017 Jon has worked in the Human Capital Advisory team and has developed specialist knowledge in equity incentives for employees, including the design, implementation and compliance related matters.
Jon also advises clients regarding general employment taxes such as expenses and benefits, off-payroll working (“IR35”) and internationally mobile employees.
With his personal tax background, Jon is also able to advise employees on their personal tax implications and assist with their reporting obligations.
