Joanna joined MHA in 2010 as part of the internal HR team where she supported both employees and Partners. In January 2023 Joanna moved internally to the HR Solutions team as a HR Consultant.
Joanna has experience within a number of different sectors including Leisure and Hospitality, Media and Entertainment, Professional Services, Retail and Consumer and Transport and Logistics.
Joanna is an Accredited Insights Discovery trainer and a Chartered member of the CIPD. During Joanna’s career she has gained significant experience including strategic HR management, compensation and benefits, redundancy and restructure, TUPE consultation, and Apprenticeships.
Prior to MHA Joanna worked for DHL Global Forwarding supporting sales teams and the internal warehouses with prior experience with B&Q and food retail as an Internal HR Manager and day to day duty manager.
