Jason acts as a relationship and audit partner across his portfolio which is mixed but has a large proportion of Technology and Life Sciences and Med-tech clients.
He acts for both listed and private companies many that are global businesses. He joined with his team in 2013 having previously been with a boutique M&A practice following a long part of his career at KPMG.
Jason has experience of many businesses moving through growth stages and beyond and has advised on all aspects of this journey. He has also acted as CFO to one of his clients for a short period.
