James joined MHA as a Partner in 2022 and specialises in providing business, tax and advisory services to companies and individuals.
James has a wealth of experience of working with businesses in a variety of sectors and at all stages of the business life cycle.
James has assisted many businesses with their expansion and is experienced in advising on corporate restructures, sales and disposals. James trained and qualified as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he fulfilled several senior management positions across their South Wales practice over a twelve-year period.
Upon leaving PwC in 2012, James became a Partner at a long-established South Wales firm. James merged this business with MHA Broomfield Alexander (B&A) in 2014 and was a Partner in B&A until it’s sale in 2019. Subsequently, James was the Office Managing Partner for Azets in Swansea and South West Wales until late 2021.
James’s interests include travelling and gardening when not at work.
