Hazel worked in Financial Services for 20 years. After being made redundant she worked for the British Red Cross setting up Assisted Discharge Services across the North West and Greater Manchester.
Hazel's main focus is leadership and development of teams. The main type of client is Wealth Management via Financial Planning.
Within work she interested in Process Improvements. Hazel enjoys analysing and refining processes to enhance efficient and consistency. This ties in with her current focus on standardising client delivery services.
Out of work Hazel enjoys travelling as she likes to explore different cultures and cuisines.
Hazel spends a lot of time in the care home with her mum. She assists with various activities and provide support to the residents which gives her a great sense of fulfilment.
