Glyn is a VAT Director based at our Leicester and Birmingham offices, with a VAT career that began in 1989 at H.M. Customs and Excise. After seven years in the Department, he transitioned to consultancy. He is a key member of MHA’s market-leading motor team and also specialises in land and property, the not-for-profit sector, and agriculture.
Glyn is dedicated to making VAT understandable to clients and strives to find solutions that are both business-friendly and compliant with VAT regulations. His expertise extends to indirect tax dispute resolution, with a strong belief that litigation should be a last resort. However, when litigation is necessary, Glyn has an impressive track record in VAT litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients in Tax Tribunals and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and instructing Counsel in cases at all court levels.
