Fitzroy has successfully led and executed numerous external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing operational efficiencies. His role will be to supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance on audit procedures, risk assessment, and reporting as well as collaborate with various departments, including finance, compliance, and risk management, to understand operational challenges and provide insights that support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
