Clever joined MHA (UK & Cayman) in September 2021 as an Audit and Assurance Director.
Clever has extensive experience in the hedge fund industry, comprising funds managed by the world’s top 50 ranked investment managers. His portfolio has included funds investing in MBS, ABS, Structured Notes, Real Estate, Crypto Assets and complex derivate contracts. He also has experience in financial statements preparation and review and SOC 1 reporting. Clever started a track record verification service line that targeted at helping start up managers to market their strategies to potential investors which was a success. He worked with emerging managers from the US, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Clever is a Chartered Accountant, CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
