Carolyn began her career at HMRC within Personal Tax processing individual tax codes and Self Assessment returns. In 2012, Carolyn moved into VAT and conducted compliance visits at VAT registered and non-VAT registered businesses.
Carolyn joined MHA in 2019. Her focus is VAT advisory and compliance, but she also provides advice in environmental taxes, including Plastic Packaging Tax.
In Carolyn’s spare time she enjoys going to the cinema and is a big Marvel fan. She also enjoys days out with her son and miniature dachshund, Sausage.
