Andrew is Corporate Finance Partner. His role is to support founders and shareholders with their strategic thinking from a transaction perspective and to help them deliver the best outcome for themselves personally, as well as for their business and wider stakeholders.
He is able to do this due to his extensive experience across a broad spectrum of projects including management buy outs, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, fundraising and cash-out transactions, as well as significant experience of working with private equity houses on a range of deals.
Andrew’s vast knowledge and expertise has allowed him to gain involvement across many sectors, with specialisms including healthcare, software (tech) and manufacturing. Andrew prides himself on offering honest, tailored advice and works closely with clients to become an integral member of their team.
Andrew has a passion for ESG and puts it at the heart of everything he does, leading the way on Governance within the ESG agenda.
Living in Manchester since finishing university, Andrew is originally from Doncaster. As a dad of three, he squeezes in time to enjoy playing football with a local Cheshire team.
