Following more than 10 years working as an accountant within the agriculture and food industry, Amy joined MHA in 2021. Working for large businesses in the food sector has enabled Amy to develop a keen commercial awareness and to understand the importance of efficient controls, processes and systems. Her previous experience of managing an accounts team and the finance function in a FMCG business, linked with her extensive insight into the commercial aspects of running a business, enables Amy to advise her clients from a position of first-hand knowledge and experience.
Having grown up on a working arable farm, Amy spent holidays with her father in Hungary, helping to establish their overseas business in addition to assisting in the growth and development of the family agricultural machinery company. Now married to a farmer, and with two small boys to consider, the shifts & changes within the rural world are very much key to Amy’s life.
