Alex joined MHA in May 2022 as the new head of outsourced payroll. Alex brings with him a wealth of experience having started off working in the payroll sector with Greene King in March 2009 before moving into the outsourced payroll sector in January 2014, whilst also becoming a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
Working in outsourced payroll has helped Alex come across a variety of differently complex payroll situations over the years, whether this was the introduction of Auto Enrolment, CJRS (Furlough scheme), gender pay gap, the employment allowance or apprenticeship levy, Alex has been through it all.
Alex has worked with clients across a range of sectors such as Investment, Insurance, Law, Retail and Real Estate to name a few which has given Alex an insight into some of the different complexities which arise in payroll.
