We are delighted to announce that Caroline Crampton-Thomas has joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson (the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International) in its HR Solutions team as Employment Law Advisory Manager.
Caroline is a non-practising Barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1999. She is a highly skilled Employment Law and employee relations specialist with 20 years post qualification experience.
Caroline has worked in legal practice for several top 100 legal firms and also has experience of working in the Public Sector, representing a broad range of clients in relation to employment disputes, including Discrimination, TUPE, Whistleblowing and Unfair Dismissal claims, and representing clients in the Employment Tribunals through to the Court of Appeal.
Over the last 15 years, Caroline has been employed as an Employment Law and Human Resources Consultant, supporting SME businesses, advising across a wide range of employee relations matters including effecting changes to terms and conditions of employment, TUPE, restructures and reorganisations, collective redundancies, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination.
As part of the MHA MacIntyre Hudson HR Solutions Team, Caroline will be supporting clients with the implementation of legally compliant HR policies, drafting employment documentation, including Executive and Director Service Agreements, and Consultancy Agreements; delivering training to managers and business owners covering a broad range of HR related topics, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; and managing grievances and disciplinary proceedings, and effective absence management. Caroline can also provide dedicated consultancy support at grievance and disciplinary hearings, coach managers and decision makers, and facilitate meeting discussions. Caroline is also an accredited workplace mediator.
Caroline will be based in the Firm’s London head office and working throughout the London and South region.
