Our East Anglia region has become a new sponsorship partner for Colchester Zoo.The Zoo is home to around 180 species and set in 60 acres of parkland and lakes, Colchester Zoo hosts many different habitats, from the humid home of our Komodo Dragons to our very own Africa plain, Kingdom of the Wild, home to white rhino, giraffes, ostrich, zebra and kudu.
MHA have recently opened their brand-new East Anglia office in Colchester, East Anglia Regional Partner Cara Miller said;
"We're delighted to be supporting the zoo with their important conservation work around the world and the development of the zoo for the benefit of its much loved residents! The zoo holds a very special place in the hearts of all whom have visited it – with a journey on the train being a highlight for little and not so little ones!”
A popular place for visitors to the region and has won numerous awards for its work. The support from sponsorships help towards the zoo’s mission as these funds are used to assist conservation as well as the development of the zoo effectively enhancing our visitor’s experience and helping the further understanding and respect for animals.
As part of this package MHA will be the Zoo’s sponsor of the Lost Madagascar Express Road Train and Tiger Taiga enclosure.
