MHA MacIntyre Hudson expands tech audit team with new Partner appointment

MHA MacIntyre Hudson (the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International) has appointed Andrew Gandell as a new Partner in their Technology sector team.

Andrew has advised on a large array of different businesses from start-ups through to large international and listed groups. During his career, Andrew has worked with a number of tech businesses advising them through investment cycles with either private equity or venture capitalist investment.

He also spent two years in the United States working with many types of technology businesses throughout Silicon Valley and went on to support a software business during its exit to a US acquirer.

At MHA MacIntyre Hudson his role will be focussed on businesses in the technology landscape together with large, international, and listed businesses. Andrew will be based in the Firm’s London office.
