Steven Illes and Manjit Shokar from MHA’s Restructuring and Recovery Team have been appointed Joint Liquidators of Whyteleafe Football Club (WFC) with effect from 13 June 2022.
Whyteleafe Football Club was originally established in 1946 and had been playing in the Isthiam League until its withdrawal in August 2021, when the new owners of the ground and the club failed to reach an agreement on the club’s continued occupation.
The liquidators are responsible for the collection of the club’s assets and liaising with creditors regarding claims and will be engaging with the various stakeholders in due course.
